We have really enjoyed this step in making our home more automated. We got this one slider to start but I do think we will get a second or third so we can also use the intercom feature. It was fairly easy to instal but my husband is pretty handy. It’s also has a good thickness so it doesn’t stick out too much from the wall.
I saw some comments about poor customer service. I had an issue that was partly my fault and they took care of it anyway. AJ in the customer support group was very responsive and helpful. The product itself is pretty easy to setup and is as advertised. My only complaints would be 1) Ring integration is a little slow to pull up the camera 2) I wish they integrated with Chamberlin Openers 3) Sonos play menu only allows you to select stations from your favorites (you can use alexa to select others). Dimmers can be a little finicky at times, but that could also be the LED's.
The brilliant smart home control is exactly that—brilliant! It allows me to connect my Alexa, AC, Ring to one device! The install was quite easy and everything else fell right into place after that. This is a next generation product for your modern home!
